Bridge Investment Group has purchased Deserama Mobile Ranch, a 123-homesite manufactured housing community in Mesa, Ariz., for $16.3 million. California-based Comfort Communities sold the property in a deal brokered by HARRI5.
Derek Harris, founder and principal of Harri5 Manufactured Housing & Commercial Brokerage, said in an interview with CoStar News. The problem over the past two years has been the difficulty in getting financing as capitalization rates have moved up along with borrowing costs, said Harris rent increases have not, Harris said.
Keith Management purchased the property for $37.8 million and Lument provided a $20.9 million acquisition loan, the same source shows. HARRI5 brokered the off-market deal.
