In a record-breaking deal that closed on Sept. 22, an Arizona RV resort in Apache Junction with 1,119 spaces sold for $88 million. "The buyer is a market leader in RV Resort Communities," said Derek Harris, founder and principal of HARRI5.

Bedrock Communities has acquired Imperial Manor, a 200-homesite manufactured housing community in Lakeland, FL, for $10 million, brokered by HARRI5.
HARRI5 has closed over $2 billion MHC/RV transactions since 2015. In 2022, the brokerage closed on 30 MHC/TV transactions nationwide with 7,200 sites for $600 million.
Comfort Communities has purchased Flamingo Mobile Home Park, a 107-homesite manufactured housing community in Glendale, Ariz. MAR Communities sold the property for $12.9 million, Maricopa County public records show. HARRI5 brokered the deal.
Philips International has purchased Alafia Riverfront, a 96-homesite MHC in Riverview, FL. The property changed hands for $7.4 million, according to Hillsborough County public records, sold by a private individual. HARRI5 brokered the deal.

Sun Vista RV Resort LLC has acquired a 1,230-unit manufactured housing community in Yuma, AZ, for $80 million - A private individual sold the mobile home and RV resort, with HARRI5 working on behalf of both parties.
The William Corrigan family paid $80 million for Sun Vista Resort in Yuma and sold Pueblo Manor in Apache Junction for $35 million. Derek Harris, founder of HARRI5, represented both parties in both transactions.

Hometown America has acquired Mary Manor Estates, a 116-site manufactured housing in Sunnyvale, Calif., from a private seller. HARRI5 brokered the $39 million deal on behalf of both parties.

Since 2020, Harri5 has closed and has in escrow $705 million in deals for 34 communities totaling 8,300 sites.
The D.C.-based private equity giant paid $7.75 million for the 178-site Mesa Sunset RV Resort Derek Harris, founder and principal of Harri5, represented the buyer. "In 2021, the focus of the institutional investors to acquire RV resorts across Harri5 MHC national platform is moving at an accelerated pace compared to 2020," Harris said.
In September, private equity giant The Carlyle Group Inc. (Nasdaq: CG) paid a record-breaking $88 million for an RV resort in Apache Junction, brokered by Derek Harris, founder and principal of HARRI5. Then in October, Harris brokered another deal, where The Carlyle Group paid $32 million for Peoria Mobile Estates in Peoria and Imperial Broadmoor in Mesa.

The deal, brokered by Derek Harris, comes as sales of mobile home parks reached a record high last year at almost $3.2 billion, according to CoStar Analytics.
